HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

We work two ways. 

  •  Time & Materials: on smaller, less complicated, handyman projects, we can charge an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials needed.  For this service, we have a minimum two hour charge.  Our hourly rate for time & materials work is $75.00/man hour.
  • Bid Work:  for most projects, we provide estimates based upon a site visit.  This is where we come to your home, take a look at your needs, discuss your options, and then provide you with a written estimate at no charge.  


HOW FAR OUT ARE YOU BOOKED? 

We can usually fit in an estimate appointment within a few days.  Bid work is schedule upon estimate acceptance and deposit arrangement.  For hourly, you will be scheduled "first come, first served." 


WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

 Our office hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  However, our estimate appointments are set for arrival between 7:30 and 8:00am Monday through Friday.  We are not available weekends or evening hours.  We are a small operator owned company and spend the day in the field working, so inquiries are fielded upon our return to the office.

 WHO DOES THE WORK?

The bulk of the work will be performed by Clint, the Owner.  A small company such as ours, works to your advantage.  The guy who made the promises, is the guy that does the work.  For large tasks, such as flooring, kitchen counters, and tiling a surround, we have a trusted group of outside vendors to rely on.  Clint provides the scheduling and oversite to ensure their quality is consistent with our standards.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, check, and online bill pay.


WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

On hourly work, payment is due upon completion.  On estimate work, we typically collect a 50% deposit prior to start, with the remaining balance due upon final walk-through.  Occasionally, larger projects may require a 25% mid-project, progress payment.  Our terms are clearly outlined upfront, so there are no surprises! 


CAN YOU GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A HOUSE I'M THINKING OF BUYING?

No, we're afraid not.  After keys are in hand, we are happy to provide an estimate and/or take care of your projects.  



WHATS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?

All our initial inquiries are email only.  We don't mean to be unfriendly, but being owner-operated, we are focused on the work and client in front of us.  If we move forward to work together, we will provide our phone number because regular and clear communication is important to us. 


DO YOU GUARANTEE YOU WORK?

Yes we do!  You have a 5-year warrantee on labor.  We don't guarantee materials provided by the client or labor to replace them.  Any parts provided by CGRR will be covered under the manufacturers warranty, and labor would be charged to replace the part.
